Our weekly group fitness boot camps are designed for people of all abilities and fitness levels.

Identifying your fitness level as a Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced – we will pair you with individuals who have similar goals and ensure that you are making week on week progress for you to see and feel.

WEEKLY INTERACTIVE, FUN FILLED GAMES AND MULTI SKILLS CAMPS

While you take part in the Body Mechanics Boot Camp why not bring your children along? 

We run child friendly, multi skills sessions alongside our adult fitness boot camps.  They are designed to be fun and engaging, suitable for children aged from 5 to 11. 

All of our Mini Mechanics sessions are organised and run by qualified, enhanced CRB & DBS checked instructors.
