Online Workout

We are back again in another lockdown which only means one thing – online workouts are back!

We enjoyed plenty of success, and have seen some very happy customers from the other Zoom classes we held back at the start of the first lockdown.

So, we decided to bring the Zoom Camps back to keep all of our customers feeling happy, healthy and motivated.

Zoom Classes

The Power of 10

Our ‘Power of 10’ fitness class includes 10 body exercises which truly test your will power and determination. If you’re up for a challenge this is the one for you.

3 by 4

12 different body weight exercises completed in sets of 4, 3 times over. This class pushes your fitness levels to the absolute max, so get mentally and physically ready because you’re about to go above and beyond.

All in Workout

The ‘All in Workout’ is similar to our boot camp and during this class you will participate in a huge 20 different body weight exercises. For this class, maximum effort and determination is essential as our trainers will push you further than you have ever gone before.

Meditation classes

We are proud to announce that we will be offering meditation classes to all of our customers. If you’re eager to train your attention, awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. This class will help you do just that.

This class will occur on a Tuesday at 7pm – so get yourself involved!

Step by step process

1. Warm Up

At the start of every workout it is crucial to warm up the body and stretch, this will prepare the body for the intense workout you will be doing. Warming up also reduces the chance of you picking up an injury.

2. Workout

The workout will last between 25 and 40 minutes as you will be taking part in a huge range of body exercises. Your body will be pushed to the limit, so make sure you are following along in a nice open space.

3. Abs Finisher

After completing the workout, the final routine is the abs finisher. This is where your body and mind is really pushing itself beyond it’s usual limits, it takes courage and determination to get through the ab finisher.

4. Warm Down

Now the exercise is complete, it is vital that you warm down and stretch. Stretching can release any tension that you have on all parts of the body, the chances of you having an injury will be greatly reduced.

5. Questions

At the end of every class we always love to hear our customers’ feedback. We believe this is a great way to establish communication around the group so we can find out what people enjoyed or struggled with during the session.

6. Finish

You have ploughed your way through the exercises and you’re now at the finish line! You will most likely feel exhausted from working out, however the feeling you gain afterwards is second to none.
