With over 20 years worth of experience within the health and fitness industry; Nate Gabriel is an ex professional footballer and all round sports enthusiast, who practices what he preaches.

Passionate about helping others achieve and maintain their health & fitness goals, Nate specialises in strength and conditioning, weight loss, meal plans, weight control and nutritional benefits.

Nate tailors plans to suit each client’s personal needs; understanding that all clients have various and individual requirements.

Nate believes by empowering individuals with knowledge of how their bodies function, coupled with bespoke meal and workout plans, all clients are able to reach their desired targets.

Chewy has been involved in sports all his life which has lead him to have a great love for health and fitness which is why he chose the fitness industry as a career.

Chewy has played semi professional football for the last 10years and have gained a wealth of sporting knowledge and sporting achievements.

Chewy is passionate in helping to improve clients health, wellness and quality of life.

PT coach Dean

Dean has taught PE curriculum in primary schools for over 13 years across the Manchester and Trafford area, working in sports development For the last 6 of those years he has been the CEO and manager of his sports coaching company (TEACHING SPORT ) delivering and providing coaches for PE curriculums, and running extra curricular activities in schools across Manchester and Trafford.

Dean has played sports throughout his youth. He has represented the city of Manchester at basketball and cricket as a school boy. This lead Dean to representing semi-pro basketball teams in the National Basketball League and also representing teams in the North West Area League.

Mindfulness coach Will

Will has a zest for life, fitness and well-being and passion for helping others to become great. To care of their physical, mental and spiritual health.

Will has grown and evolved in the fitness industry over the last 12 years as a personal trainer and has spent the last 5 years delving into the world of mindfulness and life coaching.

Chiropractor Joel

Joel – Chiropractor

Joel is a master’s graduate of Chiropractic from the AECC in Bournemouth. He is a strong believer in non-invasive multi-disciplinary care with Chiropractic acting as a cornerstone enhancing an individual’s performance and well-being.

Joel aims to allow patients to function at their optimum using multiple chiropractic and soft tissue techniques including chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, and myofascial release techniques.

Joels goal with care is not only to reduce the pain but to prevent re-occurrence and increase his client’s lifestyles both in and out of the gym.
